Welcome to the Foundation's website!

We would like to inform you that this website is not a typical e-shop. The sale of Bolga Bags is not a sale subject to standard terms and conditions. The object of purchase is a collector's item and therefore a donation to the Foundation for charitable purposes. If you are interested, we will certainly issue a donation certificate, which you can deduct as a gratuitous benefit from the income tax base, provided that the conditions of Act No. 586/1992 Sb., on Income Taxes, as amended, are met (the updated conditions for deducting a donation from the tax base are regulated in Sections 15(1) and 20(8) of the same Act). The amount of the donation automatically corresponds to the price of the purchased item. 

The proceeds from the Bolga Bags sales must be handled in accordance with the current legislation, which requires us to use at least 40% of the amount received for the purpose of the public collection in the case of collectors' items sale of (the amount of the actual costs associated with the collection is decisive, which must be taken into account, see: https://www.bolgabags.cz/en/public-collection-rules/ for more details).
